This site provides online help for users of Convey's Hybrid-Core servers.  You may also report problems and download Convey software products.

You may self-register to gain access to Convey's Getting Started, Knowledgebase, and Customer Discussion forums.  New users are encouraged to peruse the Getting Started forum first. 

An active support agreement and a Convey provided username/password1 is required to report problems and to download Convey Software products.



To obtain assistance with technical issues, you may


1 Access to Issue Tracking System and access to the software repositories each require a different Convey assigned username and password, typically available from the system administrator of the Convey server.  If you can't locate anyone who knows the Convey assigned username and password, please send email, from an email address that identifies your company/organization, to request@conveysupport.com asking for the name of the local contact at your site.
